Braised Chicken with Potato Oil

Bone and cut chicken legs.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, pepper powder, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, black bean soy sauce, green onions and shredded ginger to the chicken legs.

Grab it well and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well and marinate for two hours.

Peel and cut potatoes, put them in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

Take out the potatoes and squeeze half into small pieces.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop them, add in coriander, minced garlic and bitter wild rice, add 1/2 spoon of salt, sugar, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and fish sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pot to heat, add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes.

Pour in tomato juice and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

Add potatoes, boil for 3 to 5 minutes, then serve, sprinkle with millet spicy.
