Braised Chicken with Potatoes

Wash the three-yellow chicken and chop into pieces for later use.

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into hobs, slice garlic, shred ginger and chives, and cut green pepper into cubes.

Add a little more cooking oil to the pot, heat to 8 minutes high, add potatoes to medium heat and fry.

Fry until the surface of the potatoes is slightly charred, remove and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the wok, add sliced green onion and white garlic and ginger to stir up the aroma.

Pour the chicken nuggets and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the chicken pieces turn white and the water is dry. Pour in the soy sauce and add a small piece of rock sugar.

Add about 200ml of water.

Pour in the potatoes and stir fry.

Cover and simmer over medium heat.

Simmer until the moisture is almost dry, open the lid and add the green pepper over high heat to collect the juice.

Add scallions before serving.

Put it on the plate and enjoy it.
