Braised Chili in Oil.
1.
Wash the hot peppers and remove the stalks for later use.
2.
Heat oil in the bottom pot to 80% heat.
3.
Add green peppers and fry slowly.
4.
Fry again until the skin is wrinkled on both sides.
5.
Pour in some soy sauce.
6.
Simmer for a short time and it will be out of the pan.
