Braised Chinese Cabbage with Tofu

Wash the garlic and chopped green onion, cut off and set aside, cut the ham sausage into small pieces, and cut the small oil tofu into half.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, remove the stalk, cut off and drain the water for later use.

Heat in a frying pan until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry chopped green onion, garlic and ham.
