Braised Cod

Cod slices, garlic slices, ginger slices

Cod uses kitchen paper to absorb water from the fish

Put all the spices in the vinegar, add warm water to a small pot

Fry the cod in the pan until golden brown on both sides, pour in the vinaigrette
Tips:
When braising fish, do not cover the pot, because the fishy smell cannot escape. Therefore, aging vinegar must be prepared more.
