Braised Cod with Fermented Bean Curd

Ingredients: cod

Clean up the cod

Then hit the diagonal knife on the back

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add the cod, increase the fire, and cook into the cooking wine

Add appropriate amount of vinegar

Add some red fermented bean curd juice

Tips:
1. Because the fermented bean curd juice has a salty taste, taste it when adding salt to avoid excessive saltiness.
2. You can use whatever you like, but I use old vinegar.
