Braised Cod with Fermented Bean Curd

Ingredients: cod.

Clean up the cod.

Then hit an oblique knife on the back.

Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the cod, increase the fire, and cook into the cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of vinegar.

Add appropriate amount of red fermented bean curd juice.

Add water.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Turn the fish over, season with a little salt, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat after turning the heat to collect the juice.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Because the fermented bean curd juice has a salty taste, taste it when adding salt to avoid excessive saltiness.
2. You can use whatever you like, but I use old vinegar.
