Braised Crucian Carp with Yuba

Ingredients: 1 carp, yuba, white radish, green onions, ginger, oil, salt.

.Wash the crucian carp, remove the scales, the internal organs of the fish belly, and the gills, etc., cut the fish in the middle, rub a little salt and marinate for 2-3 minutes.

The dried yuba should be soaked in clean water instead of hot water. The hot water will lose the nutrients of the yuba and the skin will turn white. The yuba should be made of pure soybeans, which has a strong bean aroma.

Peel the white radish and cut into pieces. When choosing white radishes, choose heavy ones. This white radish is full of moisture, sweet and delicious. If the white radish is light and fluffy, it is not delicious.

Wash and shred ginger. Pour the oil in the hot pan. When the oil is warm, add the crucian carp and shredded ginger and fry until slightly. Turn the other side and continue to fry. When frying the fish, cover the pot to remove the fishy.

Add appropriate amount of drinking water to the boiling pot, add the cut radishes, and boil on high heat. Change to medium and low heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Soak the yuba, remove the drained water, and put it in a boiling pot. The yuba should be soaked until it is soft, indicating that the yuba has been soaked.

Add the fried crucian carp into the pot, simmer for 10 minutes on medium and low heat, enlarge the onion (this onion is sweet, not spicy), salt, and cook deliciously.
Tips:
1. Crucian carp should choose 400-500 grams as the best; 2. Yuba should be made of pure soybeans to be nourishing;
