Braised Cured Duck with Taro

Cut the taro into small diamond shapes, cut the cured duck leg and steam it (forgot to take the photo).

Fry the taro in the pan a little bit.
3.
Deep-fried and steamed cured duck legs.
4.
Add water, salt and sugar, and simmer.
5.
Okay, it tastes really good.
