Braised Cuttlefish and Quail Eggs

Boil the washed quail eggs, shell them and set aside

Mix the cleaned small cuttlefish with salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes

Put oil, ginger slices, and green onions into the pot and stir fry until it is fragrant, then add the small cuttlefish and fry the water.

Then add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and star anise, add a little water, cover and cook.
