Braised Cuttlefish with Bamboo Shoots

1. Ingredients: cuttlefish (soaked soft), bamboo shoots (cleaned and cut into sections), cinnamon, aniseed

2. Wash the soft cuttlefish.

3. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut cuttlefish and stir fry.
