Braised Drumsticks

Ingredients: Pipa legs (cleaned), ginger slices, cinnamon, aniseed, rock sugar.

Put the lute leg on the cutting board and make a few cuts.

Then, put it in a pot of clean water.

Put the ginger slices and add some cooking wine.

Blanch and fish out.

Add an appropriate amount of five-spice powder.

Add cinnamon and aniseed.
