Braised Duck

Duck goods, 3 slices of ginger, half a green onion, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, boil, remove and clean

Turn the pot on high heat to medium heat for 45 minutes and then turn to high heat to collect the juice until the remaining 3/1 turn off the heat

Don't rush to get it out and soak it overnight to add more flavor
