Braised Duck Feet

Prepare the duck feet to be washed and set aside.

Add a few slices of ginger to a pot under cold water and blanch.
3.
Boil it to wash in cold water.
4.
Soak in ice water for later use.
5.
Stir-fry sugar in hot oil, about 20g rock sugar.
6.
Add duck feet and stir fry.
7.
Add water and all ingredients.
8.
Transfer to a casserole and boil, reduce the heat to a simmer for about 40 minutes, turn off the heat and soak in the marinade for a few hours to make it more delicious.
