Braised Duck Feet in Red Oil

Prepare materials.

Now simply dispose of the duck feet and clean them. Put it in a pot and cook until 8 minutes cooked. Preheat a beaker of boiling water for 5 minutes. Then remove the duck feet from the pot and put them in a braising beaker, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and spices. Then add an appropriate amount of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes.

Remove the cooked duck feet and green onions from the beaker and place on a plate.

Fill a water-free bowl with dried chili noodles and white sesame seeds.

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the pot, wait until the oil is cooked and blanched, and wait for the temperature of the oil to decrease slightly.

Pour the rapeseed oil into the bowl with the chili noodles, and blanch the chilies until they are fragrant.

Just drizzle the red oil on the duck feet.
Tips:
Reminder: first cook the duck feet in the pot until 8 minutes are cooked, this step cannot be omitted.
If you don't like spicy food, you can omit the step of pouring chili oil. Eat directly after simmering.
