Braised Duck Feet with Beer and Shiitake Mushrooms

Thaw the duck feet in advance and wash them for later use.

Soak the mushrooms in advance and set aside

Heat the pan with cold oil, turn the heat to low when the oil is hot, add sugar, bay leaf, cinnamon, star anise, yamana, pepper, chili, ginger, garlic, green onion and stir fry until fragrant

Then add the soaked shiitake mushrooms and stir fry quickly

Put in the washed duck feet and stir well, then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry. After stir-fry, add a bottle of beer. If you do not use the ingredients, if you make too much, if a bottle of beer is not enough, use soaking mushrooms. Water is added in it. Turn to high heat and bring to a boil, drop two drops of vinegar.

Turn to medium heat and simmer for about forty minutes, then turn to high heat to collect the juice. Add salt to taste as appropriate. Some soy sauce will be very salty, if it is not very salty soy sauce, you need to add salt. Sprinkle with chopped green onion on the pan.
