Braised Duck Feet with Peanuts

Soak the peanuts in advance to soften, and scald the duck feet in boiling water after washing.

Divide the duck feet into two

Heat oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic slices

Stir fry with duck feet

Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, fermented bean curd, water, and mix well

Add peanuts, mix well, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes

The braising time must be enough, or the duck feet are not soft enough to taste
