Braised Duck Foot with Mushrooms

Remove the stems and cut the mushrooms in half, cut the goose paw into pieces, and cut the top of the material for use.

Add ginger slices in a hot pan and stir-fry duck feet over high heat.

Stir-fried duck feet simmered in wine is served in a pot.

Fry the spice head, add duck feet, and 50g water.

Add the mushrooms, add seasonings and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the shallots, and finally thicken it out.
Tips:
Duck feet and shiitake mushrooms need to be braised over a slow fire, otherwise the taste will not be strong and fragrant.
