Braised Duck Legs

Ingredients: duck leg

Add water to the pot and soak the dried tangerine peel for 10 minutes. Put the duck legs in and open fire. After boiling, cook for 1 minute.

Take it out and rinse the duck legs with clean water.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry with rock sugar on low heat until it turns into amber color. Add the washed duck legs and stir fry repeatedly to make them color.

Add green onion, ginger and aniseed. Continue to stir fry repeatedly.

Add soy sauce to mix, add light soy sauce to taste.

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of water. After boiling, simmer for about 30 minutes until the duck legs are cooked through. Season with salt in the middle.

Heat up the juice and add MSG for freshness.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. The cooking time is for reference only, and the duck legs are well cooked.
2. Potatoes or taro can also be cooked at the same time.
