Braised Duck Meat with Lotus Seeds and Peanuts

1. Peanuts, lotus seeds, shiitake mushrooms, Agaricus blazei Murrill have been soaked.

2. Cut the duck meat into pieces, and cut the dried fish into strips.

3. Duck meat is fried in a pan.

4. Next dry you fish and fry it.

5. Add onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant.

6. Add sugar and stir fry.

7. Add peanuts, lotus seeds, cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, shiitake mushrooms, and Agaricus blazei, stir fry.

8. Add the right amount of water, salt, chicken essence, yellow mast, red yeast rice, red yeast rice, and simmer. Cover the pot and simmer.

9. Adjust the taste when it is cooked, collect the juice over high heat, sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with sesame oil.

10. Plate.
