Braised Duck Wings

Wash the duck wings and feet and put it in a pot, add water, blanch the ginger and green onions

Blanch it well, remove it and wash it off with cold water

Put cold oil in the pot, add rock sugar and cook until caramel color

Stir fry with duck wings and duck feet

Add the ingredients and stir fry for a while, there is no ginger. Blanch the ginger before use. ➕Into Soy Sauce, Light Soy Sauce

Pour in 3 cans of 500 grams of beer, boil over high heat, simmer for 30 minutes on medium and low heat, and turn off the heat.

The next morning, turn on the fire to remove the water and season it with salt.

Tips:
1: If you have enough time, just like me, make a good soak until the next day. If you are in a hurry, simmer for 1 hour and soak for 2 hours.
2: Beer is actually 2 and a half cans. I don’t like beer, so I just pour 3 cans.
