Braised Duck Wings

Duck wings in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine and blanch.

Cut the blanched duck wings in half and wash them.

The quail eggs are boiled and peeled.

Heat oil in a pan and fry fragrant ginger slices.

Add the duck wings and stir fry.

Stir-fry and add a few drops of dark soy sauce, a little light soy sauce, and a little salt.

Add star anise and water.
8.
Finally, put the quail eggs in and simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat.
9.
When the time is about the same, turn on high heat to collect the juice and make it out of the pot.
