Braised Duck Wings

Prepare ingredients

Add 20ml of cooking wine to the duck wings in a pot under cold water, bring to a boil, remove, rinse and set aside

Pour the blanched duck wings from the frying pan and stir-fry until slightly browned

Pour into a saucepan, add star anise, pepper, ginger, green onion, cinnamon, grass fruit, add three teaspoons of soy sauce, 30ml of cooking wine, and add the water that has not had duck wings.

Change the fire to medium fire

Cook for 25 minutes, add one teaspoon, half salt and half a teaspoon of chicken powder to taste and cook for five minutes
