Braised Duck Wings
1.
Main ingredients: duck wings, old soup.
2.
Put the duck wings in hot water with cooking wine and sliced green onion and ginger and cook for a few minutes
3.
Remove the cooked duck wings and wash them with warm water for later use
4.
Put the duck wings into the pressure cooker and add the scallion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and other seasonings, and then add the old soup. (I put a few eggs in my hand and marinated them together)
5.
Close the lid tightly, select the chicken and duck gear, and start the program in 35 minutes. (The default is 45 minutes, I don’t like eating too soft, I chose 35 minutes)
6.
After the procedure is over, the braised duck wings is complete!
Tips:
It doesn't matter if there is no old soup. When marinating, put a little more seasoning, and filter the used soup to remove the residue and freeze it in the refrigerator. You can reuse it next time.
