Braised Duck Wings with Pork Belly

Boil the duck wings in a hot pot under cold water, remove them and rinse for later use

Wash and cut pork belly

Slice ginger, peel off garlic, cut southern ginger into small pieces and pat flat, and set aside two star anises

Stir-fry all the ingredients in a hot pan
5.
Add the pork belly and stir fry to get the oil
6.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt to taste and stir fry a few times
7.
Place the blanched duck wings in a casserole
8.
Add the fried pork belly, add water, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
