Braised Duck Wings with Soy Beans

First, soak the dried soybeans in warm water overnight, then wash the purchased duck wings, duck feet, and duck gizzards, chop them into sections, cut the peppers into pieces, cut the garlic into shreds, and peel the garlic for later use.

Heat up the frying pan, add the sliced duck wings, duck gizzards and duck feet, and fry for 2 minutes

Add garlic, ginger, star anise, salt, sugar, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, three bowls of water, boil over high heat and simmer for five minutes. Add soybeans and simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes.

When the duck wing milk is cooked until it is sticky, taste whether the soybeans are fully cooked. If they are not fully cooked, add a little more water and simmer for a while

Add red pepper, green pepper and stir fry for two minutes

Soybeans should be simmered in the pot with duck wings! Otherwise the beans will not be easy to cook
