Braised Duck with Basil

Put oil in the pot, add garlic and ginger.

Add the cut duck meat, which is best freshly killed.
3.
Stir-fry, add star anise tangerine peel, salt and soy sauce, and simmer for half an hour.

Add the chopped perilla and stir fry.
5.
If you like spicy, you can add Chaotian pepper and stir fry.

If you don’t eat spicy food, you don’t need to add chili.
Tips:
Duck meat is hard to chew, so it takes longer to simmer. It will be more delicious too!
