The tender duck meat and refreshing tea tree ru, make the appetite wide open.

Braised Duck with Tea Tree Mushroom

1. First peel and cut the ginger and garlic into slices, wash the star anise tangerine peel and set aside

2. Soak dried tea tree mushrooms in cold water, cut into sections and set aside

3. Wash half of the duck, boil a pot of boiling water, put the duck in boiling water for a minute, take out and chop into small pieces

4. After boiling the water, add oil, add the ginger, garlic, star anise and tangerine peel prepared in advance, and sauté

5. Pour in the tea tree ru and fry for a while

6. Pour the duck pieces and stir fry a few times

7. Add light soy sauce, sugar, salt and stir fry until bloodless

8. Add about two bowls of water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer, about 20 minutes
