Braised Edamame

Chopped garlic and onion

Pork belly, dried tea, diced green pepper

Heat the pot and pour in the right amount of cooking oil, add the pork belly, dried tea, fry the pork belly and change its color, then pour the onion and garlic.

Stir-fry the onion and garlic to create a fragrance, add edamame and stir fry.

Stir-fry edamame, add light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence to stir-fry evenly.

Put the cut green peppers in, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
7.
Soup and juice are served on the plate.
