Braised Egg Loofah Noodle Soup

Ingredients: loofah (peeled, cleaned and cut), noodles, marinated egg (peeled, packaged and cut)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut loofah and stir fry.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
