Braised Eggplant

Wash the eggplant, cut it into two and cut the eyebrow knife (be careful not to cut it)

Wash the fresh pork and cut into froth, add ginger onion cooking wine to taste

Fill the minced meat into the cut eggplant

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, salt, and a little water into the pot. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Change to low heat and simmer for a while.

Add mushroom extract and minced garlic to a pan and serve.
