Braised Eggplant with Duck Feet

Wash the eggplant and cut into thin strips

Leftover duck feet from the previous meal

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the garlic, then pour the eggplant and stir fry

Because the duck feet are already salty, the eggplant should be less salted at the end.
