Braised Fish
1.
Prepare all the ingredients.
2.
After the fish is processed, wash it, scoring a few knives on both sides of the fish, add salt, soy sauce, and rice wine (the rice wine can remove the smell) and marinate for 15 minutes. Dice the red pepper and mince the green onion, ginger and garlic.
3.
After the pan is hot, add oil. When the oil is hot, add a small amount of salt. Gently add the fish along the side of the pan. Fry on low heat until golden on both sides. Check that the fish skin is not broken at all and does not stick to the pan!
4.
Add garlic, minced ginger, cinnamon, and pour a small amount of Knorr brand seafood to dip in fresh dew.
5.
Add the right amount of boiled fish.
6.
After the water boils, turn the heat to a low heat and cook the fish for 15 minutes. Add the red pepper diced and a small amount of green onions.
7.
Continue to cook the fish for about 5 minutes, and cook until the soup thickens.
8.
Put the fish on the plate and add a small amount of Knorr Steamed Fish Drum Oil to make the fish more delicious.
Tips:
Knorr seafood dipping sauce and steamed fish drum oil are very fresh seasonings and a bit salty, so the amount of salt should be reduced to avoid excessive saltiness.
