Braised Fish Pieces

Prepared grass carp cubes.

Heat the oil in the pan and put the dried chilies.

Turn the heat to low and fry the fish pieces in a frying pan.

Fry one side and then fry the other side.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add shredded ginger and garlic diced.
7.
Cook in the right amount of white wine.

Add the right amount of balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce.

Stir gently.

Add water all at once.

After the water is boiled, cover the pot and cook (said it can remove the fishy smell)

Cook until delicious.

Sprinkle chopped green onion before cooking.
