Braised Flat Fish

Prepare the ingredients: Clean the flat fish and drain the water. Scratch a few knives on the back of the fish to taste.

Wash the green onion and cut into sections for later use, and a few slices of ginger for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and stir fragrant.
