Braised Flat Fish

Ingredients: flat fish (killed)

Chives, ginger slices, rock sugar

Wash the killed flat fish and remove them.

Put a few knives on both sides of the chopping board with a knife.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat up, add the flat fish and fry it on both sides.

Then, add some cooking wine, ginger slices and water to a boil.

Then, add some soy sauce, salt, and rock sugar.

Season to continue cooking.

When the soup thickens, add some chicken essence, turn off the heat and bring out the pot.

After serving, sprinkle some chives and serve.
