Braised Flat Fish

Clean the flat fish.

Shred the green onion/ginger (not too thin), peel the garlic, smash the carrot with the back of a knife and cut into thick shreds.

Add the fish, cook a little cooking wine, fry both sides and serve.

Add carrots, green onions and stir fry.

About 10 seconds, add the fish that has just been fried.

Add a little sugar, soy sauce, salt, starch and water to make a sauce and pour it into the pot, cover the fish with the water, cover the pot, and heat it over medium heat.
