Braised Gluten with Golden Flower and Shiitake Mushrooms

Soak dried golden cauliflower in cold water, go to the second soak (comparatively clean)

Gluten poke a hole with your finger

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and dry

Heat oil in a pan, add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 20 seconds

Add gluten and stir fry

Use a spatula to slightly press down the ribs to make them flat

Use a spatula to slightly press down the ribs to flatten them, pour in three kinds of soy sauce, and stir-fry

Add dried golden cauliflower and soaked water. After it is boiled on high heat, cover with low heat and cook for about 5 minutes

Tips:
The mushrooms should be soaked in water to dry, otherwise they will burst into oil; dried golden cauliflower has a faint fragrance, and the spit smell of the mushrooms can be removed after being put in.
