Braised Golden Pomfret

The golden pomfret is slaughtered with a knife, washed and drained, and evenly wiped with a little salt.

Slice the garlic, cut the garlic sprouts and chives into sections, shred the ginger, and cut the pepper into circles for later use.

Add oil to the pot and heat it over high heat, add the tuna to medium and low heat and fry until golden brown

Turn it over and fry on medium and low heat until golden brown.
