Braised Goose Wings with Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms in advance and set aside

Add soy sauce, oil, cornstarch, cooking wine and a little salt to the goose wings, mix well and marinate for 10 to 20 minutes

Put the shiitake mushrooms in a casserole and simmer for about 20 minutes

Then add the goose wings and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add a little cornstarch, salt, soy sauce and fish sauce when it's ready, and season again.
