Roasted Goose Wings with Garlic

Knead the goose wings with salt, wash them with water, chop them into two sections, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt, evenly.

Cut the green onion into centimeters, cut the ginger into large slices, and cut off both ends of the garlic.

Pour oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant.

Take the small ingredients out of the pan, add the marinated goose wings and fry for a while.

The color becomes heavier on both sides.

Add a spoonful of sugar to the pot.

Pour in the water-based seasoning of pickled goose wings.

Return the sauteed ingredients to the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until cooked.

Turn to high heat to collect the juice and add a little pepper.
Tips:
The goose wings are washed with salt, which can effectively remove fishy.
The sautéed flavours are more fragrant than the unfried flavours.
Depending on the pot, add water or broth as appropriate in step 8.
Compared with chicken wings, goose wings require longer cooking time.
