Green pepper is a kind of capsicum, but the fruit of green pepper is larger, the spicy taste is lighter or even not spicy at all. It is used as a vegetable instead of as a seasoning. Because of its bright green and freshly cultivated varieties with red, yellow, purple and other colors, it can not only be a self-contained dish, it is also widely used as a side dish.

Braised Green Peppers in Sauce

1. Main and auxiliary materials: green pepper, spicy sauce

2. Wash the green peppers, remove the stalks, and cut into large slices

3. Put it in the microwave on high heat for 4 minutes, turn it over and turn on high heat for 3 minutes, take it out for use

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, and put in the spare green pepper

5. Add spicy sauce
