Braised Hairtail with Papaya

The hairtail is slaughtered and cut into sections. The tender papaya is cut into diamond-shaped cubes, ginger and garlic are sliced, and green onions are cut into flowers.

Add water to a boil in the pot, add the tender papaya shoots and cook for a while, pick up and set aside.

Add oil in a saucepan, add ginger slices and octopus, fry until golden, remove.

Put the oil and stir-fry the chives, ginger, garlic, add the octopus, add wine, add the stock, salt, sugar, bean paste, light soy sauce to taste, high heat for 5 minutes, add candied dates and diced papaya to collect the juice. Turn off the fire.

Put the chopped green onion into the papaya cup, and put the rest on the plate.
