Braised Home-cooked Dried Vegetable Meat

1. Boil pork belly slices in water for ten minutes, drain.

2. Add oil to the pot to heat and put the ginger and chili peppers.

3. Put the drained meat, stir fry, stir-fry the oil, add soy sauce light soy sauce and salt a little, stir fry for two or three minutes.
