Braised Hoof

1. Cooked hoofs, divided into large pieces

2. Add the broth of boiled hoofs to the pot

3. Add the right amount of brown sugar and a small amount of soy sauce. Brown sugar toning, soy sauce does not need too much to improve freshness Add the ginger slices, bring the hoof to a boil, turn down the heat. Flip it in the middle to make the color evenly and add salt. Turn off the heat if there is a small amount of soup left for 6-8 minutes

Tips:

If it’s raw hoofs, you can scald them in water, then follow the above steps, add more water, and cook for about 50 minutes
