The tender Japanese tofu collides with the flavours of chives, and the taste is superb!

Braised Japanese Tofu

1. Cut Japanese tofu about 0.8 cm thick, cut green onions, and prepare a small bowl of juice: sugar, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, corn starch

2. Heat oil and chili in a saucepan

3. Pour in tofu and burn it on a fierce fire

4. Pour in the Ciju juice diluted with half a bowl of hot water

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the tofu to absorb the flavor of the sauce

6. Finally, add chopped green onion

Tips:

Put more oil in the frying pan to burn the oil, and the pan is hot enough before adding the tofu.
