Braised Kelp in Broth

Clean the soaked kelp with clean water,

Prepare a pot of broth,
3.
Pour the prepared stock into the pot, add salt, dark soy sauce, and seasoning to a boil. Then put the prepared kelp in,

Simmer for 1 hour,
5.
After cooling, put in a bowl and serve.
