Braised King Pleurotus with Sauce

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut them into evenly thick slices, which can be slightly thicker

Use a knife to make a few cuts on both sides of the sliced Pleurotus eryngii, being careful not to cut too deep to avoid cutting

Pour some oil into the pot and heat it up

Finely chop the white part of the scallions, then put them in a frying pan and burst them

Tips:
1. Do not cut too deep when slicing a knife on both sides of Pleurotus eryngii to avoid cutting;
2. Because of the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, these seasonings all contain salt. If you need to add salt at the end, you can taste it first, and then add a little salt.
