Braised King Pleurotus with Sauce

1. Cut pleurotus eryngii into slices.

2. Boil the water for about three minutes

3. Cut the line pepper into small pieces

4. Add a small amount of cooking oil.

5. Put the string pepper and watercress in a pan and fry for a while.

6. Pour the eryngii mushrooms

Tips:

Just put a little oil in it, and don’t absorb the oil after boiling it in water.
