Sauerkraut and tofu are two common ingredients that northerners love most in winter. My mother used to pickle a jar of sauerkraut in winter, and stewed sauerkraut and tofu in winter. It feels sour and fragrant, and then put a little shrimp in it to taste. Unusually delicious

Braised Krill with Sauerkraut and Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Add a little cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, egg white and appropriate amount of starch to the krill

3. Stir in one direction to make small shrimp balls

4. Put it in a 50% hot oil pan and fry on medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside

5. Chopped sauerkraut, diced carrots, diced some scallions

6. Separate the pot until a little vegetable oil and sauté the scallions white

7. Add diced radish and fry

8. Add the chopped sauerkraut and stir fry for a sour flavor

9. Add appropriate amount of water to boil (the sauerkraut is not over)

10. Add the cut tofu and sprinkle a little salt to boil

11. Add the fried krill meatballs to a boil

12. Soak the krill with cooking wine

13. Sprinkle with krill

14. Sprinkle some chopped green onions when eating

Tips:

After the krill meat is thawed, the water must be squeezed out to make shrimp balls
